When will my order ship?

Most products unless specified as Quick ship are made to order items. Manufacturing lead times are included in the text descriptions for guidance. Once an order is placed our team will be in touch to advise on a delivery estimate. Goods are consolidated in our warehouse and once received our team will be in touch again to book in an exact delivery date and time.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

All items will be delivered by our dedicated delivery team including unpacking, assembly where required and placement. Our team will check for damages when installing and notify you of any damages. In the event that something is missed please simply email ............. stating your order number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
